No problem! The description of that board wasn't clear so I've revised it. That board is meant to be used by sellers seeking to advertise their own items. As for the eBay store, this looks like Paul Schofield who also has a website for these items (see my links page). He’s also been mentioned in this forum before. Here for example:

I purchased some of these repro C-6 multi colour bulbs. Got them yesterday and was very pleased with them. They are very well made, not like the cheap imports of the 50's. They are 15V 3 Watt as compared to an original C-6 which I believe is rated at 4 1/2 watt.This might cause compatibility problems if you mix them on one string, but I relamped an entire string and thet looked beaut iful. They run much cooler than the originals, which could easily char the branches of a natural tree. I think you would find these lamps useful and well worth the money!
