This photo gallery shows many pictures taken during my 1999 trip to the Mount Vernon Museum of Incandescent Lighting - the collection of the late Dr. Hugh Hicks.  These photos have been online for many years now.  What hasn't been published from this trip is a short video I shot inside the museum.  This video provides a small glimpse of the things not shown in the photo gallery - mainly Hicks' collection of figural lamps that were housed in display cases near the back of his museum.  I've posted the video to You Tube at this link:

Thanks for taking that and posting it. It brings back many fond memories. Dr. Hicks loved his collection and was happy to share it with the public, and I don't expect we will ever see the like again.
