Checking emission of early tubes - what to use?
« on: May 26, 2000, 07:11:00 pm »
I'd like to get some comments on what kind of equipment other tube collectors are using to check early tubes with. The tube tester I use is very generic and I would like to upgrade to a higher end model but I would like the capability to check my earlier 1920s tubes. Does anyone have any recommendations, makes and models that I should be looking for? Checking vintage transmitting tubes would also be a plus as well as 1920s-1930s foreign types.

Please reply here to benefit other readers and thanks in advance
