Hi all
My friend has recently moved in to a rental, and the light fitting in the entrance hall looks like it needs a rectangular based bulb with 6 pins (see pic). We can find rectangular based bulbs with 2 or 4 pins, but not 6 . We're in the UK so probably have different fittings than in the US, but just wondered if anyone knows of bulbs like this?
Thanks

I am not aware of any lamp with 6 pins.
The lampholder pictured would appear to be a universal style intended to accept 2 pin or 4 pin lamps.
I have recently installed some just like the one pictured, they accept 2 pin or 4 pin CFLs of from 9 watts up to 18 watts. The ballast is built into the lamp holder.
